Today, I’m sharing a morning routine I’ve consecutively completed every single morning since March 3, 2015. In the beginning, I started with 15 minutes or less and now spend a couple of hours and some mornings even longer enjoying my morning routine.

Let's dive into how I started, a morning routine checklist to help you be successfully consistent, and the 3 key areas to a successful morning routine as a solopreneur to help you do the same or maybe improve on the one you already have!

Your Successfully Consistent Morning Routine Checklist:

  1. Make A Plan – Where will you sit to complete your morning routine?
  2. Set A Wake-Up Time – Choose a time that you can be consistent with every day.
  3. Include Exciting Elements in Your Routine – These include things that get you excited to get out of bed and into your Morning Routine.

3 Keys to a Morning Routine

Arnold Schwarzenegger faced many challenges and struggles in his life, including growing up in post-World War II Austria and facing financial difficulties.

Despite these obstacles, he became a successful bodybuilder and won numerous titles, including Mr. Olympia and Mr. Universe.

Schwarzenegger then transitioned into acting, facing criticism for his strong accent and unconventional appearance.

However, he persevered and went on to star in some of the biggest movies of the 80s and 90s, including Terminator and Predator. In 2003, Schwarzenegger faced another challenge when he decided to run for Governor of California, a state with a population larger than many countries.

Despite facing skepticism and criticism, he won the election and served two terms as Governor.

During his time in office, he faced further challenges, including a budget crisis and political opposition, but he continued to push for his ideas and make changes.

Today, Schwarzenegger is still a successful actor and is heavily involved in environmental activism.

What a reminder… showing us that regardless of success, we'll continue to face challenges, yet we can continue to push forward.

We all have a Morning Routine. You know, those tasks we do almost without thinking from the minute we get up until we ‘begin' our day. There's nothing wrong with that, but if you have goals you want to achieve in the next 90 days and beyond, you need an intentional morning routine, and this guide will give you just that! 

It's going to help you know what things to do to become a goal achiever and to look up in 90 days and say, “Wow! This new morning routine I started has been a real game-changer!”
