Get ready to supercharge your productivity with my tried-and-tested 5 AM morning habits and evening rituals. These routines have been game-changers in my solopreneurial journey, helping me start each day with purpose and wind down effectively. 1. My 5 AM Habits

Kicking off as soon as I wake in the morning is my simple 6-step routine for success. It’s the fuel to my fire, and here’s how it unfolds:

15 Minutes of Quiet Time: First up, I dedicate 15 minutes to quiet time. For me, this means prayer and diving into God’s Word. It’s about finding peace and clarity before the day’s hustle.

3 Minutes of Gratitude: Next, I spend 3 minutes practicing gratitude. It’s a moment to reflect on the blessings and set a positive tone for the day.

2 Minutes Reviewing My Goals: Then, I take 2 minutes to review my goals. It keeps my vision crystal clear and my priorities aligned.

2 Minutes Reading My Afformations: Following that, I dive into 2 minutes of reading my afformations – yes, that’s AFFOrmations, focusing on positive questions to empower my mindset.

3 Minutes Reviewing My Vision: I spend another 3 minutes reviewing my vision. It’s about visualizing success and the path to get there.

5 Minutes Previewing My Day: Lastly, I take 5 minutes to preview my day. It’s a strategic play to anticipate tasks, meetings, and personal time.

2. An Evening Routine You Must Develop

Transitioning to the evening, it’s all about setting the stage for restful sleep and a serene morning. Let’s break down the essentials:

Transition Period: I begin with a transition period, embracing activities that signal my body it’s time to wind down. This includes sometimes the hot tub, a warm bath or shower, reading, and light stretching.

Brendon Burchard’s 3-2-1 Rule: Adopting Brendon Burchard’s 3-2-1 approach, I ensure no food 3 hours before bed, no work 2 hours before, and no screens 1 hour prior. It’s a formula for quality sleep.

Prepare for a Calm Morning: I prep for a calm morning the night before (even now without kids to get off to school and even now with both my husband and I working from home) by setting out coffee or tea, planning breakfast, laying out clothes, and ensuring my morning routine space is prepared and inviting.

Evening Vision Session: In my nightstand drawer lies my Evening Routine Vision Folder. It contains my definition of true success, mission statement, top 5 goals, afformations, and prayers for success. It’s my nightly dose of inspiration and focus.
